Customized Services: Bad experience. Tracy didn't provide me with good customer service. after i pay my order she stop responding my messages. She sent me the wrong order and asked me to send it to the correct customer. I used my money to pay for the shipping, and it took Tracy several days to send the money. When Tracy sent the money, she didn't pay the PayPal fee, and that fee was charged to the money she sent. Tracy didn't send the full amount of money. When I received my order, the flowers arrived incomplete, and the storage bag for the flower wall didn't arrive either. I am completely disappointed.
